For expat investors · UK-registered introducer

Living abroad shouldn't lock you out of investing.

Firstrak matches English-speaking expats with regulated brokers that actually accept them — and teaches the money skills to go with it. You open your own account, in your own name. Your money never touches Firstrak.

The expat money problem

Moving abroad quietly gets expensive.

Three ways life across borders drains money — usually without you noticing.

Access

Frozen out

Home-country brokers reject non-residents — or freeze accounts the day you change address. Suddenly your own money is behind glass.

Cost

FX bleed

Typical retail conversions cost 2–4% each time. Move money every month and it quietly adds up to thousands a year.

Compliance

Tax fog

Two tax systems, one you. Cross-border reporting is confusing — and getting it wrong is expensive.

Reality check

What is FX quietly costing you?

$2,000
At typical retail FX margins, that could be costing you $480 – $960 a year just to move your own money. The right broker setup can shrink this — it starts with one free call.

Estimate based on typical 2–4% retail FX margins per conversion. Actual costs vary by provider and amount. This is a cost illustration only — not a projection of investment performance.

How Firstrak works

Four steps. You stay in control of every one.

1

Book a free call

20 minutes. We learn your situation — country of residence, goals, experience. No pressure, no jargon.

2

Get your broker match

We identify the regulated partner broker that fits your country and needs — one that will actually say yes to an expat.

3

Open your own account

Directly with the broker, in your own name. Your funds go straight to them — never through Firstrak.

4

Keep learning — if you want

Optional membership: expat-focused briefings, model-portfolio teaching sessions and a community that gets your life.

How we're paid: Firstrak partners with regulated brokers and may receive compensation for introductions. The call and the introduction are free for you. The only thing you ever pay Firstrak is the optional membership.

Straight answers

What Firstrak is — and what we'll never be.

The expat money space is full of noise. Here's exactly where we stand.

Firstrak is

  • A UK-registered introducer — Firstrak Ltd, England & Wales
  • A matchmaker between expats and regulated brokers
  • An education layer: briefings, teaching sessions, community
  • Transparent about pay — brokers compensate us for introductions, and we say so everywhere

Firstrak never

  • Holds or pools your money. Deposits go to the broker, full stop
  • Gives personal investment advice. "What should I buy?" belongs with the broker's licensed people
  • Promises returns. Anyone who does should worry you
  • Works with unregulated brokers. Regulated partners only — no exceptions

Optional membership

The introduction is free.
The education is $19.

You don't need membership to be matched with a broker. Join if you want to keep sharpening your money skills with people who live the same life.

Membership is education and community only — it is not investment advice, and it is completely separate from any money you invest with a broker.

Sound familiar?

Built for lives like these.

Illustrative scenario

The engineer in Dubai

Salary in AED, savings goals in three currencies — and a home broker that closed his account the month he changed address. One call mapped out which regulated broker would take him, and how the paperwork actually works.

Illustrative scenario

The nurse in Singapore

Kept years of savings in a low-interest account because investing from abroad felt like a legal minefield. The education sessions turned "someday, maybe" into a clear, confident plan she owns herself.

Illustrative scenario

The pre-retiree in Spain

Watched pension income lose value to currency swings and wanted the options explained in plain English — by someone who wasn't selling a product, holding her money, or rushing her.

FAQ

Asked every week. Answered straight.

Is Firstrak a broker or a trading platform?

No — and that's the point. Firstrak is an introducer and education company. We match you with a regulated broker suited to your country of residence; you open your account and invest directly with them.

Do you ever hold my money?

Never. Your deposits and investments go directly to the regulated broker, in an account in your own name. The only payment Firstrak ever takes from you is the optional membership fee.

How does Firstrak make money?

Two ways, both disclosed: partner brokers may compensate us for introductions, and members pay $19/month or $199/year for the education layer. That's it.

Do you give investment advice?

No. Firstrak educates and introduces — we don't tell you what to buy or sell. Personal advice questions belong with your broker's licensed professionals.

Which brokers do you work with?

Regulated brokers only. We don't publish the list — the match depends on your country of residence and situation, so we name the right one for you on your free call.

Is there a minimum amount to start?

Firstrak has no minimum. Brokers set their own account minimums, which vary — we'll walk you through what applies to your match on the call.

What happens on the free call?

20 minutes: your situation, your questions, your broker match, and clear next steps. No obligation — plenty of people take the information and think it over.

Can I cancel membership?

Anytime. Monthly stops at the end of the period, and both plans carry a full refund within your first 30 days.
